Hello and welcome! I’m Irfa, and I am the founder of Glow Mental Health.

Glow speaks to something quiet but powerful: the inner spark we each carry, even in our dimmest moments. Our work at Glow is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection - with ourselves, with others, and with what gives us meaning.

Whether this is your first time reaching out or a return to therapy, I’m truly glad you’re here.
