Glow Mental Health offers prenatal and postpartum therapy in Kitchener-Waterloo, as well as virtual perinatal therapy across Ontario. Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period can be some of the most emotionally intense transitions in a person’s life. While these stages are often portrayed as joyful, they can also bring anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relationship changes, and deep vulnerability. At Glow Mental Health, perinatal therapy is a space where all of those experiences are welcome.

This work is deeply meaningful to me. As a therapist who has also experienced pregnancy and the postpartum period, I approach perinatal therapy with both professional care and a genuine understanding of how tender, complex, and transformative this chapter of life can be. My role is not to lead you with assumptions, but to walk alongside you with steadiness, compassion, and respect for your unique experience.
