I offer therapy in a variety of formats to suit your comfort, accessibility, and preferences:
In-Person (Office) – Sessions are held in a calm, private office environment that supports comfort, presence, and meaningful connection. This option is ideal for those who value face-to-face interaction and a dedicated therapeutic space.
Virtual (Video) – Sessions take place securely online, providing the same quality of care from the comfort of your own home. This option is especially supportive for new parents, caregivers, individuals with busy schedules, or anyone looking to reduce travel time while still receiving consistent support.
Phone Sessions – A flexible and accessible option for those who prefer to connect by voice. This can be particularly helpful for individuals living with chronic illness or chronic pain, as it allows freedom to shift positions and move comfortably during sessions, as well as for anyone who feels more at ease without video.
In-Residence & In-Home Sessions - For individuals who may find travelling to a therapy office difficult or prefer receiving support in a familiar environment, we offer psychotherapy in private homes, retirement residences, and assisted living communities. This option is particularly beneficial for older adults, individuals living with chronic illness or disabilities, new parents, and those recovering from illness or injury. Sessions provide personalized, compassionate care in the comfort and convenience of your own space, without the added demands of travelling to an office.
All options are grounded in the same compassionate, confidential care. If you're unsure which format is right for you, we’re happy to discuss what might feel best.

Therapy isn't just for when something is wrong. Sometimes we seek support because life feels overwhelming, we're navigating difficult emotions, or we're going through a challenging season. Other times, it's simply because we want to understand ourselves better, grow as individuals, or create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Therapy can be a space to manage everyday stress, strengthen relationships, develop greater self-awareness, explore your values, establish healthier boundaries, or make more room for joy, balance, and self-care.
You don't need to be in crisis or have a specific problem to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, choosing therapy is simply an investment in yourself, your emotional well-being, and the person you're becoming.
If you're curious about whether therapy might be right for you, we welcome you to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation. It's an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore what you're hoping to gain from the experience, without any pressure or obligation.
If you’re curious but unsure, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation to see how it feels. There’s no pressure, just a chance to connect and learn what is right for you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The frequency of visits depends on what you’re hoping to work through, what kind of support you’re needing right now, and what feels sustainable for your life.
We’ll figure this out together. Therapy is most helpful when it fits into your life in a way that feels doable and supportive, not overwhelming. You’re always welcome to adjust the rhythm as your needs shift.

To make therapy more accessible, senior counselling is available virtually, in our office, and through visits to retirement residences, assisted living communities, and private homes in select areas.

Our Senior Counselling Program offers compassionate, individualized psychotherapy to support older adults as they navigate the unique experiences, transitions, and opportunities that come with aging.
Later life can bring meaningful changes, from retirement and shifting family roles to downsizing a longtime home, adjusting to changes in independence, or coping with illness and injury. It may also involve the loss of a spouse, friends, or loved ones, feelings of loneliness, or uncertainty about what the future holds.
Our program provides a safe, supportive space where older adults can openly share their experiences, process difficult emotions, revisit personal strengths, explore unresolved concerns, and develop coping strategies that support confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
